Shipping and Returns


The cost of shipping your picture order to a U.S. address is included in its price, and it will arrive 8–10 working days after you place your order. I do not offer express shipping, and I do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Your picture will ship directly to you from the print lab. They will pack your picture in made-to-measure packaging, and send it via UPS or FedEx. I will provide tracking information to you as soon as I receive it, and update you in case of any changes or delays.

Damage During Shipping

If your picture arrives damaged, please CONTACT ME as soon as possible. I will discuss the situation with you and make arrangements for you to return the print to the lab. I will also arrange for a replacement print to be shipped to you.


If the artwork is not damaged, but you are unsatisfied with it, you can return it to me up to 30 days after you receive it for a refund or exchange. If you wish to return your print, please CONTACT ME and I will provide a return address and other directions.

Your print must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the same protective packaging it arrived in. You are responsible for paying shipping costs required to return the artwork.

When shipping a return, use a shipping service that provides a tracking number, and purchase shipping insurance. If you return a picture and it is lost or damaged during the return shipment, I will not offer you a refund or an exchange.

Once your return is received and I have inspected it, I will contact you to confirm receipt of your returned item. I will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If we instead arrange an exchange, I will provide you details about the shipment of your new print.
